Primaris Secutar - Part Two

A little more work on the Reaver Titan. Here is the Princeps and crew ensconced in their command stations. Hopefully I'll get some more work done on the Titan over the coming week.

Cheers

  1. These guys remind me of Tie fighter pilots. I think it is the black and white scheme you've got going on there. This is looking fantastic as expected.

    1. I'm confused John, do you mean the overall black and whiter scheme of the titan? I'm sure If I'd gone for a glossy black on the crew helmets they would certainly look like TIE fighter pilots ; )

    2. Yes the overall theme, and the shape of the titans head is very star war-ish

  3. Beautiful. It must feel satisfying to hold such large pieces in the hand while painting.

    3. jokes aside, painting something this large is difficult. Fine motor control while cupping an 18 inch hunk of resin is difficult. I mean....ok yeah the thing is big, and big things are funny. :)

  4. Lovely work Dave.

Fav' part is the colour you've chosen for the knobs and dials - makes it all look rather Steam Punk/ Jules Verne.

  5. I am really amazed by the amount of work you are putting in to the interior. Lovely worn and oily feel to the cockpit.
