Another teaser post


Just a quick post to show you there has been more progress on the display board for my Armies On Parade project. Here are a couple of lovely golden statues to stand atop the... ahem, never mind.

And here are the first eight Bridge Guard painted and standing on part of their... ahem, never mind. ; )

    I like GOLLLLD! Thinking of "Goldmember" from Austin Powers. Really looking forward to seeing how the display comes together!

      I think you might have confused my blog with another WIll, but do you mean Secret Weapon's Sack o' Corpses? It is my understanding they go up on the SW site on Monday or Tuesday next week : )

    I'm still feeling a bit ambivalent about the Guards. Don't get me wrong, I like the sculpt, but I have a deep aversion against having similar-looking models. I couldn't even build a unit from just one kit... a bit extreme, I know.

      I can understand that feeling, but if appropriate (as it is in this case) then I think it's just fine for repetition. ; )
